About the class

Sub Fit is a new and exciting dance fitness program developed by Suburban Fitness. Sub Fit classes are aimed at everyone with a passion for fitness, interest in dance and a love for music. The combination of highly intense cardio & simple choreography creates a full body workout that is both fun and effective.

Aimed at adults with mixed dance abilities our main focus is improving fitness; our simple yet high energy routines will challenge the fittest. Whilst this class is intense we welcome participants who are just starting out on their fitness journey. We encourage participants to take the class at their own pace and set goals to increase your fitness over time.
